Privacy Policy
How Inbeex collects, uses and protects your information. Bracketed items are blanks to be completed before launch.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, business name, and billing details (handled by our payment provider; we don’t store card numbers).
- Mailbox content you connect: email headers, message text and attachments, read with read-only access.
- What you create in Inbeex: client files, notes, open items, documents you upload, intake form answers your clients submit, Ask Inbeex conversations and drafts.
- Usage information: which features you use and how much (emails read, tasks done), and basic technical logs for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
Only to provide Inbeex to you: building and updating your client files, carrying out your tasks, drafting emails you asked for, showing the pages you share, billing, support, security, and improving the product for you. We never sell personal information and never use your email or documents for advertising.
AI processing
To read, summarize, file and draft, Inbeex sends the relevant email or file content to our AI provider, Anthropic, through its commercial API. Under its commercial terms, that content is not used to train its models. [Counsel to confirm against the current Anthropic commercial terms and data-retention settings before launch.]
Google user data
Inbeex’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail data only to provide the user-facing features described here; we don’t transfer it except as needed to provide those features, for security, or as the law requires; we don’t use it for advertising; and no person reads it unless you ask us to (for support), it’s needed for security, or the law requires it.

Sharing you control
Inbeex shares something only when you do: an intake link, a document request, a document link, a partner status page, or a login for your assistant. You can turn any link or login off.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep Customer Data while your account is open. You can delete individual files, or your whole account, at any time; after account deletion we remove Customer Data within [30] days, except what the law requires us to keep. You can disconnect Inbeex from your mailbox in your Google or Microsoft account settings at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information by writing to [privacy email]. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights; we’ll honour them.

Inbeex is for professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
